things that matter

if my recollection is accurate and if i were to look at my blog, i mean actually read it (yuk), i would probably notice little if any writing on anything meaningful. this is not because i am any shallower than the average man or woman, a state that does not exist, but because writing on the important stuff is really hard. anybody who reads blogs or browses the web is likely to have noticed the dirth (dearth) of quality subject matter, not to mention quality writing online. the quality of graphical layout is however somewhat higher( i have nothing against graphics but if a picture is worth a thousand words, then how much worse is it when those pictures have no meaning).

if i were a clever and tallented writer, i might tackle some of the deep and meaningfuls but instead, i blog on like some hack magazine writer or journalist who hopes that maybe one day their writing might keep someone slightly distracted while waiting for the number 39 bus.

what a bloody mess.
